Lemon Lovers Assemble! Come spend an evening making luscious lemon desserts in our Baking School. We’ll teach you how to avoid curdling and separating. We’ll show you the best techniques for juicing and zesting. You’ll use fresh lemons to make Lemon Squares, Lemon Curd, and a mini Lemon Cream Pie. You’ll walk away with tart and tasty treats to share with your family, along with recipes and techniques that will dazzle your friends.
This class is geared toward adults, but teenagers who are comfortable in the kitchen are welcome to attend.
Class duration: 2 hours
Each attendee will receive a Rewhipped apron, and will take home the pies made in the class.
