There's nothing more satisfying than a delicious fruit filling wrapped in a buttery, flaky pastry crust. In this class, you'll learn the about the ingredients and techniques needed to create a tender pastry crust. You'll make a fruit filled pocket pie and hand pie. You'll also learn tips for making full-size cream, custard, and fruit pies.
This class is geared toward adults, but teenagers who are comfortable in the kitchen are welcome to attend.
Class duration: 2 hours
Each attendee will receive a Rewhipped apron, and will take home the pies made in the class.
