Do you love the taste and texture of French macarons? Would you like to make them in your own kitchen? If so, we have the perfect class for you! Come to Rewhipped Baking School and learn how we make magic with almond flour and meringue.
Chef Bryan will teach you the difference between the French method and the Italian method for making macarons. Then, while working in pairs, you'll use the Italian method to make a batch of your own chocolate shells and fill them with luscious chocolate ganache. You'll also learn about the most popular types of fillings and make your own chocolate ganache.
At the end of the class, you'll take home a batch of one of today’s most popular confections, and have acquired the basic skills and techniques needed to make your own macarons at home!
This class is geared toward adults, but teenagers who are comfortable in the kitchen are welcome to attend.
Class duration: 2 hours
Each attendee will receive a Rewhipped apron and macarons to take home.
