Imagine learning how to make crème brûlée yourself! In this class, you’ll learn how to temper a perfect custard, as well as the proper techniques for broiling the hard sugar shell. You’ll make your creation in several individual cups that you’ll be able to enjoy with a few friends.
This class is geared toward adults, but teenagers who are comfortable in the kitchen are welcome to attend.
