Aren’t cream puffs and éclairs the same thing? They’re actually quite different! In this class, you’ll learn the difference between the two as you make pâte à choux and rich pastry cream. You’ll take home small batches of beautifully topped éclairs and generously filled cream puffs. We’ll give you the skills you need to make these in your own kitchen, for any occasion.
This class is geared toward adults, but teenagers who are comfortable in the kitchen are welcome to attend.

Each attendee will receive a Rewhipped apron, cream puffs, and éclairs to take home.
